Engineering
The computer mould filling and solidification simulation is used as the basis for a high quality product at the right price for the market.
Pattern shop
In our own pattern shop department or in cooperation with external pattern making companies.
Core shop
Two computer-controlled Laempe core injection machines with an injection volume of 10 and 40 litres. (Manufactured in 2005)
Mould making
Mechanised hand moulding shop for unit weights between 15 kg and max 8000 kg. With maximum mould box dimensions of 3500 x 3500 x 1500 mm. Cold resin is used for mould making.
Quality assurance
3D measuring machine with computer-controlled measuring arm, x-ray system, US testing, magnetic partical testing (stationary and mobile).
Machining
Pre-machining in-house. Final machining with the assistance of outside suppliers.
